If your products is in our fulfillment center, you don’t need to bother. Your product will be packed and dispatched by experts.

However, appropriate safety packaging material must be used to pack your product whenever there is an order to be dispatched, so as to prevent the product from getting damage due to handling during transit.

Packing Slip and Invoice

It should be noted that for every packet you want to send out an invoice (see 1 in the screenshot) and a shipping label (see 2 in the screenshot) have to be included and these can be found here:

Tracking

In order to make sure your order is traceable, you need to add the tracking details of your sent orders as shown below: first click on the order button from the dashboard, select the order you want to add details to, then click on 1-Tracking number fill-in the form then, click on 2-Add Tracking Details to submit the details. right immediately after clicking on Add Tracking Details button an automatic message will be sent to the customer.
